Dr. Sheldon Rockwood, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Sheldon Rockwood is the Medical Director at Glow Laser and Beauty. Driven by her passion for health, longevity, and self care, Dr. Rockwood has spent many years as a leader in medical aesthetics. Dr. Rockwood is primarily an emergency board-certified physician practicing emergency medicine at Ally Medical Emergency Room in Buda.
Dr. Rockwood manages and supervises clinical protocols and works with the staff to provide clinical guidance and determine the appropriate regimens for patients. She ensures the patients and staff at Glow Laser and Beauty have the necessary clinical support, guidance, and trainings.
Jen Corona, RN
Registered Nurse, Advanced Aesthetic Injector, Former Trainer
With over 25 years of nursing experience and more than 5 years specializing in aesthetic medicine and advanced injectables, Jen brings exceptional expertise to every treatment. A highly skilled injector, Jen has trained fellow injectors throughout her career — a testament to the trust and confidence her peers place in her work.
After years of perfecting her craft in Seattle, Jen returned to Texas in 2025 to be closer to her adult children — and we couldn't be happier to have her in the Glow family.
Outside the spa, Jen is deeply involved in her community, volunteering with a WIC mothers support group, City Church, and Helping Hands Georgetown. At home, she's kept busy by her two dogs, Bruno and Taffy.
Zenyda "Zen" Padilla, LE, LHRT
Licensed Esthetician, Laser Technician, Educator
Zenyda Padilla is a licensed esthetician, instructor, and certified laser technician with years of experience in both education and hands-on treatment. She began her journey at Paul Mitchell the School San Antonio and later earned her instructor’s license while helping build esthetics programs at the William Edge Institute in New Braunfels. Zenyda is certified in a wide range of advanced treatments, including microneedling, Hydrafacial, IPL, laser hair removal, dermaplaning, and corrective skincare.
Known for her dedication and results-driven approach, Zenyda specializes in brow artistry and advanced corrective treatments that transform skin health. She loves helping clients feel confident in their skin and continues to stay at the forefront of new technology. Outside of Glow, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and four cats, as well as brunch with friends, movie nights, and organizing her home.
Anya Niznick
Permanent Makeup Artist & Tattoo Removal Specialist
Anya Niznick is a permanent makeup artist and removal specialist with eight years of experience and more than 35 advanced in-person trainings with world-class experts. She has mastered ultra-natural PMU techniques, creating enhancements so realistic most people won’t know they’re permanent. Anya specializes in lip blushing, lash enhancement, ombré and powder brows, color correction and neutralization, as well as tattoo and PMU removal.

Ariana is a licensed Cosmetology Operator who earned her license here in Buda. With over four years of customer service experience and a strong passion for aesthetics, she combines exceptional client care with a genuine love for building lasting relationships.
Ariana is thrilled to serve the Buda community she loves, both by supporting clients behind the scenes and taking clients of her own.

As Operations Manager, Jessica Gurule oversees the day-to-day success of Glow Laser & Beauty and supports both the team and the clients. A licensed esthetician herself, she has a passion for aesthetics and a strong focus on delivering results. Jessica ensures every client finds the right treatment for their needs while also keeping operations smooth and efficient.
